Business Practice Leaders, by definition, are responsible for the successful implementation of our process practices. They are focused on financial success, management of resources, and championing staff growth and development. I am happy to announce that Dan Green, RA, AIA, CDT, LEED AP, Vice President and Senior Project Manager has accepted the role of Business Practice Leader (BPL) for FOS! Dan brings over 25 years of experience in project management, specializing in comprehensive and time sensitive facilities assessments for large institutional clients and corporate organizations nationwide. He joined FOS after retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel Engineering Officer in the U.S. Air Force and NY Air National Guard.
Having recently mastered our largest assessment to date (the Denver Public Schools (DPS) facility condition assessment) Dan is uniquely adept at overseeing multiple teams simultaneously deployed on large-scale and complex projects. Dan’s elevated management skills will allow him to work closely with office leadership while handling operations and championing our team.
Looking back at Dan’s work on DPS, I can confidently say that Dan is the master at client satisfaction and his work leading the team has created a positive reference that has directly affected our ability to win big work moving forward. Dan, from all of FOS we thank you and the team for your time, going above and beyond what was asked, and your success on this project.
Dan has his Bachelor of Architecture from Pennsylvania State University. I am pleased to see Dan continue to grow professionally and am eager to see the positive impact on financial performance, business practices, and process leadership I’m sure he’ll bring to the team.
