Facility Condition Assessments

The cornerstone of effective facilities management

Our facility condition assessment (FCA) process and deliverables stand out from other industry providers. We gather empirical system and component-level data about client facilities and create customized solutions. We collaborate with our partners to develop a process designed to capitalize on existing information and knowledge. We do not contract out — all of our team members are full-time employees who are invested in holistic client success.

Facility condition index

Facility condition index (FCI) is an industry standard key performance indicator. We use FCI to quantify and benchmark current and future asset conditions and prioritize recommendations.

CSI UniFormat

UniFormat, published by the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), is our assessment language. Assessments vary in detail based on need and budget, and UniFormat allows us to adapt accordingly.

ASTM E2018 – 15

ASTM E2018-15, Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments, is a minimum guideline for our assessments.

Multidisciplinary team

Our dedicated team of licensed architects and engineers, construction cost estimators, constructors, software designers, and facility engineers rely on empirical assessment data for our services and tools. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of detail and accuracy with a commitment to quality assurance.

FCA Reports

Our reports are tailored to each of our unique clients. They are designed to convey information from concept to detail, allowing users to quickly understand themes and trends and dive as deeply into the data as desired.
