FOS Team Delivers Comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment for Denver Public Schools

The FOS team was selected to deliver a comprehensive facility condition assessment (FCA) of Denver Public Schools (DPS) spanning 300+ facilities and 16 million+ square feet. The FCA project resulted in our team assessing every single space within every single building owned by DPS, the 35th largest public-school district in the country.

“We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with Denver Public Schools and excited to have helped them with this district-wide assessment,”

said Joe Cassata, founder and director of FOS.

“The final product we deliver to the district will allow them to prioritize capital planning for the short- and long-term to ensure they maximize the value and potential of their real estate.”

Born a decade ago, FOS offers a suite of services, proprietary software, and fully customizable tools to help organizations evaluate their existing buildings, reduce deferred maintenance backlogs, strategically plan for capital improvement, and master facilities management. The team has assessed over 400 million sf of space across every major market sector and rapidly earned top five rankings in World Architecture 100’s facility management category five years straight.
