Facility Optimization Solutions (FOS), a multidisciplinary professional services and software consultancy, announced today they have added Adam Guglielmi to their team as a Client Relationship Manager. Adam has an extensive background in sales, marketing, and construction related software platforms - bringing a wealth of knowledge to FOS. He has successfully propelled membership growth, engagement, and retention for the largest trade association in New York State, working diligently to cultivate and maintain rapport with clients.

The addition of supplemental client engagement guidance to the marketing team is proof of FOS’s commitment to maximizing the solutions available to users of the FOS family of products – FOScore®, the facility condition assessment and capital planning platform; Simplebid™, a rapid procurement platform designed for job order contracting (JOC); and professional services including facility assessments, capital planning, ADA compliance, risk assessments, preventative maintenance planning, asset tagging, and cost estimating. Having worked in a trade organization as a membership director, Adam will translate those skills to optimize communication between client stakeholders, facility managers, and FOS subject matter experts; his understanding of all aspects of the FOS suite of services will allow him to better enable turnkey solutions. Through this new partnership with Adam, FOS will continue to help agencies across the United States save time and money through utilization of their facility management services and software.

“I am certain Adam’s commitment, experience, and enthusiasm will only enhance our current client relationships,” said Joe Cassata, FOS Founder and President. “This team supports each other and strives to be a consistent resource for our clients. I look forward to Adam’s contribution to our client engagement and retention strategies.”

According to Adam, “My goal is to collaborate with the entire FOS team on fast-tracking best practices and processes that will drive increased sales and positive client engagement results with our assessment, capital planning, and job order contracting solutions nationwide.”
