Facility Condition Assessment & Master Plan
In early 2017, FOS began development of a facility condition assessment (FCA) for University of Cincinnati Health. Their need for greater oversight, maintenance cost improvements, superior reporting capability, and an overall better experience for owners and facility managers resulted in our recommendations following the FCA that led to a master plan provided by CannonDesign.
A guiding principal within FOS is an unwavering focus to complete our work on time, on budget, with a commitment to exceeding the needs and goals of our clients. Our success is measured by delivering useful and meaningful solutions that have a positive impact on the stakeholders they serve. This FCA and master plan helped UCH prioritize capital improvement plans based on available funding.

Five years ago UCH had a bad brand reputation. As the only level 1 trauma center in the city, their unique patient population influences that perception. Our comprehensive plan using a variety of CannonDesign specialties allowed us to work with UCH on re-branding and re-establishing themselves in the community.
