“We are thrilled with our Assessment, which allows us to develop our capital plan, prioritize or rehab work, and address immediate facility concerns. If only I knew what I know now, I would have contracted with FOS years ago.

Besides performing the Facility Condition Assessment, FOS also introduced their software planning and management tool for our Capital Improvement Planning purposes. We have been using the software for just over 2 years and have multiple users with access to the system.

We are very satisfied with the software, it's ease of use and the support given by FOS. We highly recommend their software as well as their services.”
