Tivoli Student Union

This facility condition assessment (FCA) was conducted at the Auraria Higher Education Center’s Tivoli Student Union.  This diverse group of combined structures make up a single facility constructed between 1882 and 1984 includes a food court, academic brewing laboratory, campus bookstore, and other campus services.  The results included detailed asset documentation, an industry-standard benchmarking of conditions, prioritized liabilities requiring correction, and provided specific professional recommendations with deficiency budget cost-estimates as well as a prioritized short- and long-term capital plan. The scope included assessment of the following disciplines: architectural exterior, architectural interiors, structural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, low-voltage systems, and communications.
